Australian made printmaking inks in tubes. Excellent for waterless lithography and intaglio plates. We’ve been experimenting with letterpress and relief printing processes and it seems to work well for these.

Lovely bright colours which can be mixed and extended (with the use of ink mediums). Made with tree resin (not oil-based, not rubber-based). No driers. Non-smearing once absorbed by the paper. Clean up with vegetable oil, commercial roller wash, etc. Low-toxic.

Can be used with FAI Smooth Lith (similar to Easy Wipe, makes intaglio wiping back easier), FAI Add Tack (a very tacky resin that increases tack, to be added to inks during waterless lithography to "tighten" them) and FAI Tint Base (when transparent colours are required) - see Ink Modifiers for more.

Material Safety Data Sheets: Pantone Yellow, Pantone Warm Red, Pantone Rubine Red, Pantone Rhodamine Red, Pantone Purple, Pantone Reflex Blue, Pantone Process Blue, Pantone Green, Pantone Transperant White, Basic 032 Red, Pantone Violet, Dense Black, Resistant Scarlet & Pantone Orange. All other colours are combinations of the aforementioned colours.
Always work with safe studio practices: wear gloves and an apron, protect your eyes, don’t ingest (either orally or through skin contact) and work in a well ventilated area. Dispose of solventy/inky rags safely and responsibly. Always look after your own health and that of your studio buddies, as well caring for your studio and the environment.
