Akua’s transperant base acts as an extender (for tint colours).

Other intaglio mediums include Akua’s ink stiffener, release agent and carborundum gel - see Ink Modifiers.

Can be used in conjunction with Akua Kolour monotype inks and mediums (extender medium, blending medium, retarder medium and tack thickener) - see Ink Modifiers.
